Light is a medium for conveying emotion and the soul of customised home design. The new JXMT Optical Ceiling & Wall logo draws inspiration from the luminous flux of sunlight and the diffuse reflection of moonlight.

The design combines symbolic forms of the sun and moon. Visually, it communicates the brand’s core strength in optical art while expressing the traditional Chinese values of yin-yang harmony, openness and coexistence. The result is a dynamic mark that conveys continuous vitality.

The new typeface uses clean, confident forms with an international character. Carefully controlled openings create a sense of connection and openness without sacrificing order. The curved strokes also reference Foshan’s geographic coordinates—113° east longitude and 23° north latitude—giving the identity a distinctive local signature.

The typeface is highly recognisable and rich in meaning. Its shapes resemble light flowing down from above, vividly expressing the optical character of JXMT’s ceiling and wall systems while symbolising the arrival of a better way of living.

The new signature colour, JXMT Red, uses HEX #9B2B2B; RGB 155, 43, 43; CMYK 40, 95, 90, 0; and PANTONE 7627 C. This highly recognisable traditional Chinese red conveys auspiciousness, peace, joy and well-being. Its deeper tone also reflects the brand’s accumulated experience, enduring passion and commitment to creating better home-living experiences.
